Mark Weaver started Open Door in 2009. He helps organizations uncover their organizational DNA, and then uses that to tailor solutions to team, culture, and people issues. His solutions are as unique to his clients as your fingerprints are to you. He works with companies and Not-For-Profits around the nation; startups to corporations.
Mark has been a COO, an HR Executive, a consultant, and a member of several local Boards. Renee Pifer was introduced to the services that LegalShield/I.D.Shield offered to individuals and businesses and became an advocate for this “disruptive” cause; equal justice under law for everyone. Educating entrepreneurs, small business owners and decision makers of the key elements of how LegalShield works is something she does well with the intention of enlightening, not selling.
Renee is a Windsor Chamber of Commerce Ambassador. She relocated from Cleveland, Ohio, in 2008 and calls Windsor her home.
